She stands upon the rocky edge
She stares down into the sea.
The wind runs it's fingers
Through her flowing glowing hair.
Her dress flows behind her
And flutters about
Jewels dot its surface
Like wings extending out.
Her toes slowly arch
Her back follows
Her arms raised above her head
And
She dives.
I can still feel your touch
Lingering on my body
On my lips
On my arms.
Because of you
I experienced life
I felt happiness
I felt loved.
But now the rain falls
And it doesn't stop
And I see you
In the shroud of rain
Walking and walking
With your back against me
And walking farther away.
Because of you I known love
I known happiness
But because you
I now know pain
And heart break.
Darkness envelopes me like fog,
Gently taking me into her arms,
Sinking into blissful dreams,
Disappearing.
Vanishing from the real world,
Leaving the hard cold reality,
Flying into oblivion,
Dancing with the stars.
A screaming ringing pierces my fantasy
As my alarm clock sounds,
Jerking me back to reality,
Oh how I loathe the day.
Sunlight streams into my room,
Smiling cheerily at a grumpy me,
I let my dreams reluctantly fade away,
Welcome to a new day.
The wind howling
The thunder crackling
The rain pounding
Against the hood of a boat.
The ocean roaring
The waves whipping
In anger and distaste
At the sides of the boat.
Every raindrop hurts
Like a bullet in your skin.
Every crackle screams
Like the screech on a microphone.
And every howl stings
Like frostbitten toes.
The little boat puts up a fight
As the waves try to pull it under.
Not willing to be taken
And become part of her.
It tries to find land
Or shelter at least
But nothing's out there
Nothing but the sea.
The waves gradually
Tear piece by piece
Of the wooden planks
That holds the boat together.
The mighty
Glancing out my window in the middle of the night,
I notice a single star against the velvety black sky.
Twinkling merrily as it shines across the earth,
Knowing it holds the power of light over us.
Yet I notice something glimmer from the corner of my eye,
A dark smudge against a brilliant bright light.
It looks like a dewdrop upon a golden daffodil,
A trail of tears and a broken heart trying to heal.
I reach up and hold it in my arms,
It's light dims and its smile upside down.
Quivering there, pondering if it should remain,
But I reassure it, telling it I am a friend.
It glares at me, suspicious and afraid,
Not telling me its p
Icy fingers touch my heart,
As the sunlight dims away,
Within a crystal I call and call,
For that figure beyond the horizon.
Pounding on the frozen jail,
Screaming myself hoarse,
But that figure never looked my way,
Maybe he isn't there at all.
I sink to the floor in anguish,
Tears turning into pearls,
With no hope whatsoever,
And close my eyes forever.
Awoken with an icy breath,
Awoken with a kiss,
That illusion was real after all,
And was there to save me.
She's so far inside,
He can't reach her.
Their fingers touch,
But she just sits there.
Doesn't make an effort,
To try and live.
He calls to her,
To make her see,
That living is worthwile,
"If not for you then for me."
She glares at him,
Thinking he is nuts.
"Why would I be,
living for you?"
As he answers back,
He can see the tears,
Cascading down,
Her angry red cheeks.
And he whispers,
"I need a friend,
even if you don't,
you give me life,
even if you won't."
She smiles and reaches,
For his heart inside.
She climbs out of the crevice,
And they walk out of there.
Hand in hand,
Heart to heart,
As she finally believe
No more tears
No more fears
Leave me be
I beg of you
Let me live
A life of peace
No worries, no pain
Give me happiness any day
Let this hurt
Evaporate completly
Vanish forever
Leaving no scar
Please and thank you
I wish to be
Free of that shadow
And be happy.
No more tears
No more fears
Leave me be
I beg of you
Let me live
A life of peace

My brother.........he just downloaded this very very old anime that he used to watch as a kid. I wouldn't have thought I've seen it but I have! I was like OMG! Very crazy! :w00t!:
Today is Rememberance Day. May we all bow our heads and honour the soldiers who died for our freedom on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month. If not for them, I believe I will still be living in Taiwan and not be in Beautiful British Columbia. I thank them for that.
